Lic. Genice Matos accepted her call to preach in November, 2015 and preached her trial sermon in January, 2016.
Genice is the mother of two sons, Christian, and Caleb Joshua. She Matos is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications. She has also earned a Masters of Arts degree in Special Education. Sis. Genice is a certified teacher in the state of PA and currently works as a Kindergarten Enrichment teacher, and is also employed as a mobile therapist and behavioral health specialist in Chester County.
Genice is the daughter of Bro. Timothy and Rev. Kanice Johns, pastor She is the grand-daughter of Rev. Dr. Leroy Attles, pastor emeritus of St. Paul A.M.E. Church, and the late Dr. Henrietta Attles.
